Mid Century Modern Home in Joshua Tree

Mid-century modern architecture has become immensely popular in America, especially in Joshua Tree. We’ve found that these homes sell before we’ve even finished building them! Mid-century modern homes come from the architecture during the 1940s-1960s and is popularized in modern culture. They are lower in cost with a style that can be characterized by simplicity and functionality. They are usually one-story homes with an open-plan layout with large glass windows on the sides and back of the home. Because of the open style, homes can incorporate a unique minimalism design to make it feel one-of-a-kind. They combine indoor-outdoor living by having many large pane windows, indoor-outdoor access points, and natural materials like wood and stone.
